Call my name. If you want me at your side, call my name. If you want another hand in battle, call my name. I answer no trumpet soundings or battle cries. I am not one of the armored believers. I will not risk my Everything for this cause. When the masses rise to fight, I will not be among them. If you do not call, my name, this name, I will not come. I am not a pawn, or a knight, or a rook, or a queen. You cannot place me on the square and move me as you please. I have no color, black or white. I am not one of yours.
I answer no call to arms. I am a part of nothing. But if you were, once, ever, to say my name, I would come.
Just do your own time. Don’t do anybody else’s. Keep your head down. Do your own time.
